During this 90-minute interactive virtual workshop you’ll learn – and practice – the leadership skills that deliver high-performance in an online environment, specifically:

  • Rating your team against 10 criteria of successful global virtual teams
  • Defining the “from/to” so you’re clear what should be even better for their future teamworking
  • Exploring the “5 Functions of a Team” model to identify how teams can be even more aligned on trust, productive conflict, commitment, accountability and a focus on results
  • Developing team members’ cross-cultural capabilities through a deeper understanding of the range of business cultures represented on their teams and associated business culture preferences
  • Building even closer personal relationships across team members
  • Identifying the ways for teams to balance the global and local demands inherent in global and virtual teams
The format

This live virtual workshop is highly interactive, using small group activities to provide frequent opportunities for participants to share personal experiences, talk about the challenges inherent in virtual client service across functional and national boundaries, and to try out ideas and new approaches in a safe, confidential setting.

Based on Allyson Stewart-Allen’s experience designing and delivering award-winning leadership development programmes for over 240 clients across 26 countries, each session will be limited to 20 participants.

You will experience a variety of learning methods while exploring first-hand, real-life examples of virtual team situations to bring the concepts to life.
