How To Take the Pressure Off and Live Well, with Claudia Hammond

Do you feel as if there is often too much to do in too little time? We are all familiar with overwhelm – an unsettling sense of acceleration, that it is impossible to keep up with the demands of everyday life.

On January 13, Claudia Hammond, psychologist and award-winning writer and presenter of BBC Radio 4’s All in the Mind, comes to the Intelligence Squared stage to share her scientific insights into how we can all live better and avoid fatigue.

Drawing from her new book, Overwhelmed she will provide a psychological toolkit, using the best evidence from psychology and neuroscience to offer practical strategies to tackle procrastination, imposter syndrome, perfectionism and more.

Join us live at the Kiln Theatre and ask your own questions in the Q&A.
