Lord Martin Rees proclaims that the world will end in aproximately 6 billion years. Worse still, humans will become extinct much before that, meaning that the world faces a post-human evolution before the Earth combusts. Rees explains the importance of science and religion coexisting and touches on the very real potential for other equivalents of Earth to exist in the Universe in this interview with Lisa Dwan.
