Senior Research Fellow, Fondation pour la recherche stratégique
Bruno Tertrais is a Senior Research Fellow at the Fondation pour la recherche stratégique in Paris. His areas of expertise include conflicts, US strategy, transatlantic relations, and nuclear proliferation. He is also a member of the Washington Quarterly’s editorial, and a Contributing Editor to Survival. Tertrais has also served as Special Assistant to the Director of Strategic Affairs at the Ministry of Defense (1993-2001); and Director of the Civilian Affairs Committee and Research Assistant at the NATO Assembly (1990-1992 and 1989 respectively). He was a Visiting Fellow at the RAND Corporation from 1995 to 1996.
