Style Director, Grazia
Paula Reed is the style director of Grazia, the international award-winning UK weekly fashion magazine. Launched in 2004 it is selling over 1,000,000 copies a month and is widely acclaimed as one of the style industry’s hottest fashion books.
Born and educated in Ireland, Reed moved to London in the 1980s in the middle of London’s renaissance as a booming international fashion capital. As part of PR guru Lynne Franks' team, she worked with designers Katharine Hamnett and Body Map and later with Jasper Conran and Rifat Ozbek.
In the 1990s Reed became a fashion editor, starting as deputy on the Independent’s fashion pages and ending up with a six-year stint as fashion director on The Sunday Times. There followed positions as fashion director on UK Harpers Bazaar, Condé Nast Traveller and In Style.
Her television work includes three series of Project Catwalk and a regular slot on 10 Years Younger for Channel 4. In 2009 Harper Collins published her first book, Style Clinic.
