Chef
Chef Yotam Ottolenghi was born in Jerusalem, where he began his career at the news desk of an Israeli daily newspaper. In 1997 he moved to London where he studied at the Cordon Bleu, and later worked at the Capital, Kensington Place, Launceston Place, Maison Blanc and Baker and Spice. In 2002 Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi launched Ottolenghi, a chain of fresh food shops with restaurants in London. The group now have branches in Notting Hill, Belgravia, Notting Hill and Kensington. In 2010 Ottolenghi published his book, Plenty, a collection of recipes drawn from The New Vegetarian, his column in the Guardian's Weekend magazine.
