Professor of Constitutional Law, UCL
Dawn Oliver is Professor of Constitutional Law at UCL. She served as Dean of her Faculty from 1993 to 1998 and again in 2007. She has been a member of the Study of Parliament Group since 1991, a Bencher of the Middle Temple since 1996, an honorary fellow of UCL since 2001, a Fellow of the British Academy since 2005, Chair of the UK Constitutional Law Group since 2005, and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Constitutional Law since 2007.
Oliver was editor of Public Law from 1993 to 2002, Lionel Cohen Lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1995, Associate Fellow of Newnham College Cambridge (1995-98), Member of the Royal Commission on Reform of the House of Lords (1999-2000) and Member of the Fabian Society Commission on the Future of the Monarchy (2002-2003).
