Malcolm McCulloch graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with a BSc and PhD in Electrical Engineering, before moving to the Univerity of Oxford in the early '90s. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Engineering Science and heads the 21st Century School's Institute for Carbon and Energy Reduction in Transport.
