Technical Director, Seachill; Sustainability Director of Icelandic Group

Nigel Edwards is Technical Director of Seachill and Sustainability Director of Icelandic Group hf. He is part of the executive team at Seachill who are the principle fish supplier to Tesco and have successfully launched the multi-award winning Saucy Fish Co brand. He has responsibility for technical standards, sustainability and product quality at Seachill and throughout their supply chains. Nigel acts as the principle spokesperson for Icelandic Group with the global stakeholder NGOs and represents both Icelandic Group and Seachill within various industry organisations including European Aquaculture Technology and Innovation Platform and WWF. He is a member of the AIPCE-CEP sustainability committee, the GlobalGAP Aquaculture Standards Committee and of the UK Food and Drink Federation Seafood Group steering committee.
