Deputy Mayor of Tel Aviv, author
Israeli politician and author Yael Dayan studied International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as well as Biology at the Open University of Israel. She is a Peace Now Activist and has contributed to work in defence of human rights. Dayan has written both novels and non-fictional works including My Father, His Daughter (1985) and Israel Journal (1967).
