Professor of Human Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh
Dr Sergio Della Sala is Professor of Human Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on the relationship between the brain and behaviour, with particular reference to memory and amnesia. He has held appointments at various university institutions throughout the world. Dr Della Sala has published many influential papers and has written several books related to the brain, including Mind Myths: Exploring Popular Assumptions About the Mind and Brain (1997) and Tall Tales about the Mind and Brain: Separating fact from fiction (2007).
