Actor
Tom Conti is British film, television, and stage actor. After attending the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, he appeared in the Broadway production Whose Life is it Anyway? and has since appeared in a number of stage producions, including The Real Thing and Chapter Two.
Conti's most notable television roles are as the lead in the series The Glittering Prizes, and small parts on Friends and Cosby. He also appeared in, among others, the films Shirley Valentine and Saving Grace.
Conti's novel The Doctor was published in 2004.
