Jane Bussmann is an award-winning writer for TV and radio, including the Emmy-winning series Smack The Pony, South Park, The Fast Show and the legendary satire shows Brass Eye and Jam (She was ‘Named and Shamed’ in the News of the World as one of the writers behind the most complained-about program in British television history). In addition to her scriptwriting, Bussmann wrote an award-winning travel column for the Mail on Sunday. Her one-woman show, Bussmann's Holiday, which covers the events in her book The Worst Date Ever, won rave reviews. Film4 and Big Talk (Slumdog Millionaire, Hot Fuzz) have optioned the film rights of The Worst Date Ever and Bussman is currently in LA writing the screenplay.
