Mountain and adventure photographer
Alexandre Buisse is an award winning mountain and adventure photographer. He was born in Lyon, France and frequent trips to the Alps kindled his love of climbing and mountain photography. While Buisse shoots in urban environments, his heart decidedly lies with nature and adventure photography.
Buisse's photos have been used by Black Diamond, the American Alpine Club, Jagged Globe, the Swedish Ministry of Tourism, the Reach climbing wall, the European Parliament and TriMont Advisors.
He has won numerous plaudits including awards by Sheffield Adventure Film Festival, Llanberis Mountain Film Festival, Michael H Kellicutt International Photo Show, San Diego Natural History Museum, Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival.
He is currently working on a PhD in computer science in Denmark.
