The Convention on Modern Liberty brings together people from all over the world to address the perceived erosion of civil liberties in Britain. It aims to address the three main questions: are our rights threatened by an overpowerful state; is government scaremongering being used to attack our basic civil rights; and how can the public's interest in their own rights be aroused?
