The Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs is an independent, nonpartisan, educational institution dedicated to increasing understanding of the relationship between ethics and international affairs. Aspiring to be “the voice for ethics,” the Council creates resources for a worldwide audience on three broad themes: ethics, war, and peace; global social justice; and religion in politics.
