IQ2 US: Clean energy can drive America's economic recovery

To drag its economy out of the biggest crisis since the Great Depression, America needs another moon shot. Can the investment of billions into the clean energy sector trigger the creation of millions of jobs and innovation? Or would they simply be pumping dollars into the myth of a green economy?
