Copenhagen is the wrong way to tackle climate change

Government representatives from 192 countries will meet in Copenhagen this month for the Climate Conference amid widespread pessimism about the chances of achieving any global consensus about reducing man made emissions. Critics have questioned the idea that a global deal can be reached, but are there any better ways of addressing the problem?
